We focus on calming the mind and soul so that you leave feeling uplifted. We don’t expect perfect poses! We combine Hatha and Vinyasa yoga asanas so that you build strength, burn calories yet feel peaceful and centred at the same time.
Neither are we...our classes are aimed at all abilities, all ages, all yoga levels and all body types - we adjust asana poses according to your skill level. Our classes are also short- only 45 minutes, so you can easily fit them into your day. Classes are available online via Zoom and cost only £5 a class. You will leave feeling healthier

She dipped in and out of yoga for over 20 years usually finding classes either too demanding or too slow. She found yoga classes in gyms uninspiring. Anita comes from a bloodline of Hindu priests and only really discovered the true benefits of Yoga following a period of significant personal loss and sadness. Anita trained as a Yoga teacher with Sadhana Yoga School and as an Ayurvedic practitioner in London and is registered with Yoga Alliance and CMA ( The Complementary Medical Association). Anita noticed that Yoga is more than trying to perfect the ideal acrobatic pose...yoga can heal you, calm your mind and restore you spiritually so that you connect with your true self and who you really are...
